Over the past 50 years, FJ Rabon has been actively involved in the community, building relationships and trust that have become the foundation of our success.
To give you a closer look at what this milestone means, we asked Ashleigh to share her thoughts on welcoming her son Will to the team and the future of the family legacy. Here’s what she had to say:
Q: What does it mean to you personally to have a family member join the team and continue the legacy of FJ Rabon?
Ashleigh: It means a lot to have my son Will join the family business. My other son, Jake, only has a few more years of high school, and I’m hopeful he’ll be joining us too.
Q: How has the family tradition influenced the values and mission of the business over the years?
Ashleigh: The family tradition of hard work has made us into the business we are today.
Q: What’s one piece of advice or lesson passed down through the family that you aim to uphold in the business?
Ashleigh: It's always been important at FJ Rabon to treat people fairly and with respect. My dad taught me this and I hope I have been successful in passing this down to my boys.
Q: How do you see the new generation contributing to the business and carrying the tradition into the future?
Ashleigh: I’m hopeful with FJ Rabon celebrating 50 years this year that my boys and their future families will be able to celebrate 50 more.
Will’s decision to join the team brings new energy, ideas, and a deep appreciation for what FJ Rabon has stood for all these years. He’s grown up seeing the passion and hard work that’s gone into this business, and now he’s ready to put his mark on it.
